There was a last-minute scheduling change for our client, ALS. We needed one of our team members to get to Singapore within a week for the project.
WHAT DID WE DO?
Scheduling installation teams can be a challenging, ever-shifting task. Normally, these last-minute changes are within Australia. Recently, our team faced this obstacle yet this project was in Singapore for our client, ALS Asia.
After exploring our options, we decided it was best to ask one of our teammates to fly to Singapore within the week. Rick agreed to make the unexpected journey and the rest of our team arranged the logistics, quickly preparing him for the overseas project.
Once Rick arrived in Singapore, he was greeted with ALS’s well-prepared team. Once again, we at Australian Turntables ensured a smooth installation in record time.
HOW DID THE TEAM APPROACH THE CHALLENGE?
At Australian Turntables, we are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the job gets well done. We appreciate our team member, Rick, as well as his family, for making this sacrifice for our company. We understand the challenges of being so far away and believe that family should be the main priority in life.
However, we also recognise the importance of work ethic. If it weren’t for our wonderful employees, we couldn’t continue to give such remarkable, consistent service.
WHAT RESULTS DID YOU SEE?
While teaching the local team in Singapore was a slow process, the resulting installation was perfect. ALS’s technicians are now well trained to install turntables in the future. Everything delivered exceeded our expectations and held up to our standards of quality. We appreciate the work that ALS’s production and store teams completed alongside Rick.
