Re-locatable Turntable

2010 has started off with a flurry of activity with the Leighton Contractors Re-locatable turntable installation being completed in the first week of January 2010.The 9M diameter turntable is expected to service up to 50 x 30 Tonne concrete truck deliveries per day, with an additional daily load of 50 other truck deliveries servicing the site. At this stage it is estimated that up to 1 minute will be saved on each truck movement which will equate to a massive time saving and loading dock capacity over a 15 month build phase. Read More...
